Social Worker, Medical Clinic of Alamo
Christian Hayes, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience providing behavioral health therapy for children and adults ages 6–80. She earned her Bachelor of Science from University of Tennessee at Martin and her Master of Social Work from Union University and specializes in trauma, mood and bipolar disorders, substance use, grief, abuse, and family concerns. Her therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques tailored to each patient’s needs. She believes healing is a journey no one should face alone and strives to create a supportive, trusting environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Christian is accepting new patients.
Nurse Practitioner, Medical Clinic of Alamo
Tina R. Miller, ANP-C, is a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult medicine for patients ages 13 and older and earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Adult Medicine from Union University. She has practiced as a nurse practitioner since 2012 following a 17-year career as a registered nurse at Baptist Memorial Health Care, with experience spanning surgery, emergency care, ambulatory care, pre- and post-operative surgery, interventional radiology, IV access, and inpatient nursing.
Originally from Memphis, TN, Tina now lives in Alamo, where she enjoys country life with her horses, dogs, and cats. She actively participates in barrel racing competitions and enjoys trail riding. As a primary care provider serving rural communities, Tina is passionate about delivering personalized care and building strong relationships with her patients, while also bringing additional experience in neurology to complement her primary care services.
Physician Assistant, Medical Clinic of Alamo
Virginia Reeser, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 25+ years of experience caring for patients of all ages—from newborns to older adults. A graduate of the Yale School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program, she brings extensive clinical expertise and a strong commitment to serving rural families across West Tennessee. Virginia provides comprehensive primary care and especially enjoys caring for children beginning at age three, partnering with patients to manage chronic conditions, prevent illness, and support long-term well-being.
Known for her warm, approachable style, Virginia takes time to listen, explain, and ensure every patient feels informed and confident in their care. She believes in empowering patients through knowledge and emphasizes clear communication and shared decision-making so individuals and families can make choices that support their health goals. Virginia is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to welcoming you and your family to the clinic.
Nurse Practitioner, Medical Clinic of Alamo
Jane Ann Sullivan, DNP, ACNP, FNP, is a dual-certified nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of advanced practice experience in rural health and acute care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Union University and completed her graduate and post-graduate training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She provides comprehensive primary and urgent care for patients of all ages, including annual physicals, management of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, and minor in-office procedures such as laceration repair, wound care, incision and drainage, splinting, and trigger point injections. Her focus is on health promotion, disease prevention, and helping patients manage ongoing medical needs close to home.
Dr. Sullivan holds dual certification in Family Practice and Acute Care and is doctorate-prepared in forensic nursing with a concentration in elder abuse. This specialized training strengthens her ability to recognize signs of abuse, advocate for vulnerable patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient safety. Known for building trusted relationships with patients and colleagues, she takes a holistic approach that considers physical, social, and spiritual factors in overall well-being while delivering compassionate, expert care.
Dr. Sullivan now supports the Medical Clinic of Alamo in a PRN capacity, filling in for other providers to ensure patients continue receiving timely, high-quality care.
