  • Primary care for adults and children, including pediatric, adolescent, adult & geriatric medicine

  • Diagnose & treat infections & minor injuries
  • Chronic disease management, including diabetes & hypertension
  • Lab & diagnostic tests are performed & interpreted
  • Well-Woman care for women of all ages, including pap smears & family planning

  • Welcome to Medicare physical evaluations
  • Sports/School clearance exams

  • Education & counseling (medication/disease management)
  • Same day care for minor injuries and illnesses

Behavioral Health Services

  • Psychosocial and other assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS screener)
  • Individual therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Group therapy (Will be available in the Fall/Winter 2025)
  • Psychotropic medication assessment & management

Occupational Medicine Services

  • Worksite wellness screenings (blood pressure, diabetes cholesterol, depression
